I had been battling breast cancer for three years when my oncologist so plainly said those two words.... "you're terminal."

How do you respond to that? Do you wither and die or do you muster all your strength to fight? And when you come out on the other side, will you know who you are?

Battling cancer in my 40's affected more than my personal appearance, it affected my mental outlook. It left me with scars and extra weight but robbed me of my relationship, self esteem, energy and financial security.

How did I take control?

It All Began When They Said
"You're Terminal"

Morning affirmations, cuddles with my sexy man, coffee, superfood smoothie, Peloton rides, and cute workout attire (Savvi, say what!)

daily rituals

Creating content, leading coaching calls with my amazing clients, making meals, spinning, snuggling with my love.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Toxic products, fake people, spinach, burpees, and waking before the sun.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Straight talk, strong drinks, short emails, data, and cutting out the 'meh' to make room for the very best

I BELIEVE IN:

I recently moved to TN from AZ to marry the love of my life. I have one biological daughter (25) and am so excited to gain three bonus kids (14, 12, 10) in the near future. My passion is inspiring, encouraging and helping other women navigate life after 40. You’ll find posts on anything from second marriages, step parenting, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and shifting from an executive level career to full-time wife – all to encourage you to live your best life.

As a woman over 40 I know how hard it is to find time to attain your goals. I feel your pain about losing the dreaded "mom belly" or finding motivation to hit the gym. As an online entrepreneur I know how to build a modern day business without holding demos or bugging friends and family. My method allows you to be 100% true to yourself.

I find inspiration from other strong women who keep it REAL. I hope I can return the favor here.

My superpower is helping women become the best version of themselves while pursuing the kind of life they actually want.... one with abundant freedom, joy, and peace.

I am a breast cancer survivor, motivational speaker, and business strategist who is committed to helping YOU achieve your goals. Working 9-5 in Corporate America left me unfulfilled so I ditched the stilettos and now find joy in helping women over 40 rediscover themselves and learn to be comfortable in their own skin.

The Beach (oh, the Bahamas)! It's my zone of serenity where all of my best ideas happen.

Accessorizing. I'm that girl with 47 pairs of earrings and a closet of full of shoes. Hey, we all have our passions in life.

This boy.... Bear. Rescued from a shelter in 2016 he is the perfect example of unconditional love. Even his aggressive shedding can't make me love him less.
