hello,

Ready to Live Your Best Life?

tell me more

I'm here to help with solutions that fit your time, life and budget.

I’ll be 100% honest.

I used to NEVER wash my face. Like ever.

I mean, in the shower I would let the water run over my face but actually using a cleanser and shit? Uh, no thanks.

But then something happened. FINE LINES

As in baby wrinkles.

I got old.

So it was time to change my mindset and pray that it wasn’t too late to slow the hands of time.

Morning Routine

I’m not the best about washing my face – did you read the second sentence of this blog? So I start my morning routine with a seriously grand makeup remover. RMS Beauty Wipes are made with coconut oil and are THE BEST at removing makeup while moisturizing your skin. Coconut oil is renowned for its natural anti-fungal and antibacterial properties so these are 100% safe not to mention eco-friendly.

Next, I follow up with a good cleanser. Growing up I used to have combination skin. Normal everywhere and a tad oily in the T zone. But as hormones change so has my skin and I find that I’m actually a tad dry – especially between nose and neck.

I found an amazing cleanser that has truly helped to balance the small patches of dry, flaky skin I have been experiencing. Balanced with natural oils that dry skin needs, it helps to rejuvenate without altering you pH balance. Hell to the yes for that!

Once my face is super clean I bathe myself in anti-aging products. Ok, maybe not bathe as a little dollop is all you need but here is my secret to youthful looking skin:

SeneSerum-C – contains actual pearls of vitamin C resulting in a brighter, firmer-looking, more youthful appearance

Normal to Dry Daytime Moisturizer – contains SPF 15 and jojoba oil to help reduce oil production while safeguarding you from the sun’s damaging rays.

Evening Routine

Have I mentioned that I’m not the best about washing my face? I take once a day as a win – twice a day would be a gold medal effort but I am sincerely trying to make this an evening ritual.

Much of the PM is the same as the AM – makeup remover and cleanser but I follow with 100% natural marine collagen to help thwart off any damage or dryness that may occur overnight (side note: this shit is the BOMB for sunburns).

Top this with Retinol to attack crow’s feet (yes, I have some), fine lines and any wrinkle formation.

And finally an Evening Moisturizer to lock everything in.

I’ve stuck with this routine for the past seven days and I can honestly say that my face is so smooth. And, in all honesty, I just have to shift 10 minutes in my schedule each day – 5 in the AM and 5 in the PM. It’s a small commitment to see if we can really turn back time!

Stay tuned for makeup tutorials!

xo,

Kristin

more about me

Lover of Peloton, brussel sprouts and prosecco (with a tiny splash of Pom), I ditched the stiletto heels and pencil skirts of corporate America for the business coach uniform of boyfriend jeans, wedges and cute t-shirts . One thing that remains constant is my love for flaunting my personality with bold statement jewelry pieces (and my penchant for always respectfully telling it like it is). I prefer coffee over tea, cake over pie and I rarely meet a bottle of wine I don't like. Are we destined to be besties? Hit the contact tab!
